Busy, busy, busy

That's what I've been lately. I just realized it had been nearly a week since my last post and said, "Holy crap! People will think I've disappeared." LOL

I've been working on a final edit of Bitten. Yes, for those of you keeping up with it, this is the book with the vampire foursome:) I've got 80 pages to go before I send this one off to my publisher.

It shouldn't take me that long. Finding the time is the only real challenge. See, my son likes video games and so do I. At the moment we're trying to kick each other's butt on Soul Calibur III. LOL I know, I know, prioritize here people.

Some days, writing and/or editing is a top priority. And other days, playing video games with my son before he's old enough to think I'm "uncool" is at the top of my list.

Video games do that to you too, huh? Yeah, I haven't touched my novel in something like six days because of a recent, uncontrollable urge to play Donkey Kong Country for SNES.

Sad, I know...

Anyways, I found your blog on blogcatalog.com, and since you're obviously a writer, I wanted to let you know about a new e-zine that me and a few writer friends are putting together.

It's called The Oddville Press.

We're just getting off the ground so our website is still in the works. Still, you should check us out if you're interested--or better yet, submit something!

It's always to find a fellow gamer (who also ignores writing for gaming--makes me feel better about myself) so I'll definitely be poking around here more in the future.

Thanks a bunch and good luck with that final edit of yours!

Thanks, Steph:) I finished it the next day. LOL All it took was a few hours away from the playstation:)

I'll check out The Oddville Press sometime soon:)
